Long-term accompaniment for startup organizations
I help startup organizations clarify strategy, structure, talent, and operating rhythm while they are in motion.
Profile / Coaching / AI Native / Japan
Executive coach, writer, investor, Japan market observer, community public-interest practitioner
I support founders and leadership teams as they rethink people, organizations, and action in the AI era. Most of my work happens across four arenas: long-term organizational accompaniment, leadership development for founders and core executives, AI-Native transformation and mindset building, and community development, community building, and community narrative.
What I Do
I usually get called in for one of these four kinds of work, not for abstract talk.
I help startup organizations clarify strategy, structure, talent, and operating rhythm while they are in motion.
I help founders and leadership teams build shared language, honest feedback, and a rhythm for growth.
I help teams move AI into real workflows, operating processes, and decision-making rather than leaving it as a tool list.
I support community-driven projects in building shared language, public participation, and long-term narrative coherence.
Questions
The founder sees far, but the core team is dragging things backward.
You have spent heavily on AI, but the business and the way people collaborate still have not changed.
Your core team is fragmented into silos and has lost its Day One entrepreneurial energy.
You feel unclear about the meaning of what you are doing and stay busy without knowing why.
You are building in AI-Native, Japan expansion, or community work and need someone who understands people, organizations, and field conditions together.
Process
I am less suited to one-off lively talks and more suited to being a quiet observer who helps you find the real question.
About Sean
I am from Hangzhou and spent 17 years living and working in Liangzhu Culture Village. Over the past two decades, I have crossed seven industries: Vanke, the Asian Rowing Federation, Hupan University, executive coaching, investing, Japan expansion, and AI startup incubation.
I have really been studying one question all along: how do people meet, learn, act, and become better together inside the right kind of field? I found that question in community work, schools, public-interest foundations, rowing, and mountaineering. Today I find it again in AI-Native founders and organizational change.
